Cover the bottom of a skillet with olive oil.
Remove skin and bones from salmon; drain well. In mixing bowl, combine salmon with egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and onion. Make patties about 2 inches in diameter; fry in oil until brown on both sides about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle salmon patties with salt.

sushila 2 months agoI added in half a chopped fresh green chill with celery and the onion to make this tasty quick recipe using mainly cupboard ingredients.

bustardbill1 1 year agoMy mom used to make these. I forgot how good they are. I used my leftover salmon from last night. I also fried my onion and celery in the pan first then added it to the mixture. Yum!
