Original recipe makes 1
9 cupsflour; sifted
1/3 cupBaking Powder
1 cuppowdered milk; plus 2 tablespoons
4 teaspoonsSalt
1 3/4 cupvegetable shortening

Bisquick Mix Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients. Cut shortening into flour until mixture

resembles coarse cornmeal. Store well covered in a cool, dry place.

You can use this for waffles, pancakes, biscuits and for coating

chicken
