1 cup mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons honey (or honey mustard sauce if you like mustard)
Mix all together and chill until time to serve. Serve on a bed of fresh
young greens. Additional sliced apples (like Granny Smith) and blanched pea
pods may be used on the side to accent and accompany.
