1 tablespoonFresh Ginger Root; Peeled And Grated
1 wholeGarlic; Minced
4 tablespoonPine Nuts Toasted
4 tablespoonScallions; Diced
2 tablespoonCrystallized Ginger; Finely Minced
10 largeIceberg Lettuce; Leaves Washed, Dried And Well Chilled

George's Asian Barbecued Turkey Lettuce Wraps Preparation

DIRECTIONS: 1. over medium heat, crumble turkey into a wok or large skilletand saute, stirring to break up any clumps. cook until lightly browned. 2.stir in hoisin and barbecue sauces, ginger root and garlic. cook until hot andwell blended. 3. mix in pine nuts, scallions and crystallized ginger,tossing gently just long enough to heat through and blend well. 4. to serve,spoon the hot turkey mixture into each lettuce leaf cup and roll tightly toenclose the turkey mixture. servings: 10 Reciope By: George RossRecipe By : Pocket Cook v5

Some of the ingredients are missing from the list of ingredients. How much turkey ? Sauces, how much of each? List of ingredients doesn't match what is in the instructions.
