Original recipe makes 4 Pr Servings
1 pk5.1 ounces PASTA RONI® Cheese
Angel Hair Pasta with Parmesan
1/2 cupchopped green bell peppers
1/2 cupchopped green hot peppers
1/2 cupdiced white onions
4 tablespoon3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
5 ouncessliced mushrooms; drained
3 ouncespepperoni slices; cut into quarters
3 ouncesshredded mozzarella cheese

George's Pizza Style Skillet Preparation

DIRECTIONSIn large skillet, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Stir in pasta,seasonings and bell pepper. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.Gentlyboil uncovered 4 to 5 minutes, or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.(Sauce will be thin.)Stir in spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and pepperoni.Remove skillet from heat. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes for sauce to thicken.Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.Recipe by: George Ross
