Ingredients

1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 cup mini-chocolate chips
3/4 cup milk
3 oz cream cheese; cubed

Preparation

Heat milk to steaming. Place vanilla, sugar and chocolate chips in blender. Pour steaming milk into blender. Blend 15-20 seconds until smooth. Add cream cheese cubes; blend until smooth. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate until set.

I didn't care for this. I only used 3/4 cup chocolate chips and it still seemed too chocolate-ly to me. It reminded me of eating chocolate syrup. I really like the concept. Maybe I need to play around with it more; I'll use less chocolate next time and see where that takes me.
