|3 lb.seafood; cooked, i.e., shrimp, scallops, oysters, clams|
|1 cupRice; cooked|
|1/2 cupred peppers; chopped|
|1 cupMushrooms; sliced|
|1 cupCelery; chopped|
|1/2 cupVidalia onion; chopped|
|1 10 oz. cancream of mushroom soup|
|1 Tbsp.Worcestershire Sauce|
|1/8 tsp.white pepper; or to taste|
Creamy Seafood Casserole Preparation
A creamy, zesty all-in-one seafood casserole.
Preheat oven to 375F. Mist 9x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Saute peppers, onions and mushrooms until tender. Combine all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 30-40 minutes until heated through. Serves 8.
