| 12 oz.mushrooms; drained, sliced |
| 1 Tbsp.Butter |
| 3 cupsChicken broth |
| 2 Tbsp.Onion; minced |
| 2 Tbsp.Flour |
| 1 cupSour cream |
| 1 cuphalf and half cream; or milk |
Crockpot Cream of Mushroom Soup Preparation
Saute' mushrooms in butter for 3-4 minutes. Pour mushrooms, broth and onion in crockpot; stir. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Turn setting to HIGH 30 minutes before serving. Combine sour cream and flour; add to crockpot. Add half and half. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until slightly thickened.
