Original recipe makes 1
1 cpasteurized eggs; (I use Egg Beaters)
1 1/4 ozgarlic; crushed
3 1/2 ozParmesan cheese
2 2/3 tbRed wine vinegar
1 tbLemon juice
1 tbSalt
1 tbPepper
1 tbDry mustard
1 1/2 ozanchovy
1 tbWorcestershire Sauce
1 12/25 colive oil
2 tbfresh parsley; chopped

Outback Steakhouse Caesar Salad Dressing Preparation

1. Blend all ingredients 20 seconds on high and then 20 seconds on low.

2. Makes 1 quart.
