Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 c pasteurized eggs; (I use Egg Beaters)
1 1/4 oz garlic; crushed
3 1/2 oz Parmesan cheese
2 2/3 tb Red wine vinegar
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Salt
1 tb Pepper
1 tb Dry mustard
1 1/2 oz anchovy
1 tb Worcestershire Sauce
1 12/25 c olive oil
2 tb fresh parsley; chopped

Original recipe makes 1

Quart  

Preparation

1. Blend all ingredients 20 seconds on high and then 20 seconds on low.

2. Makes 1 quart.
