| 1 lb.boneless chicken breasts; cut into 1" pieces |
| 3/4 tsp.garlic pepper |
| 8 newpotatoes; quartered |
| 1/2 cupOnions; chopped |
| 3 slicedCarrots |
| 1 15-oz cancorn; drained |
| 2 cupsChicken broth |
| 1 cupHalf and half |
| 3 Tbsp.Cornstarch |
Crockpot Chicken Chowder Preparation
Seaon chicken with garlic pepper; place in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients, except half and half and cornstarch. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
Combine half and half and cornstarch in a container with a tight fitting lid 30 minutes before serving. Shake well. Stir mixture into crockpot. Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes until heated through and thickened.
Notes
Add chicken to creamy chowder that''s big on flavor.
