We have made this a couple of times prefer it with noodles not the rice so easy and yummy

Very good! I used whole grain bow tie pasta instead of rice. We really enjoyed this....hubby said it tasted like something from Bertucci's.

I made this as written but I think for my personal pref I will make my own garlic butter rice because the uncle bens was too salty and when you combine that with salty bacon it didnt suit my palette. However, the recipe is very good for a simple savory dish, and it has bacon it it. Bacon is where its at!

Holy crap this is delicious...I used a full pack of applewood smoked bacon and more shaved Parmesan that recipe called for but otherwise follow directions. Instant signature recipe for guests when they come over for visits;)

Very tasty! I didnt have chicken but had the other ingredients. I wanted to use up leftover brown rice and turkey bacon. This was so easy to make! So flavorful...I'm sure it will be even better when I make it again with chicken added!

You can consider this an aggless carbonara as it has bacon in the pasta. carbonara refers to a pasta dish with egg and bacon. So it is nammed correcly. And the dish is absolutely simple goodness, thanks for sharing!!

Made this for dinner with a few substitutions. I used half and half and turkey bacon to make it a bit 'healthier' Even my boyfriend, who is extremely picky, said I could make this again.
