Very Good - my husband AND my children love it

"Made this dish for dinner this evening and served it with saffron rice & green peas. It was great and had a wonderful tangy flavor. I switched out chopped white onion for the chives and added a spoonful of minced garlic. I would recommend doubling the sauce ingredients. I will definitely make this again. " - afthrash

Made this twice. Have only had trouble with the Dijon consistency.

Running this for a special at work tonight. We've ran steak Diane a few times, but I've never thought of using pork with these ingredients. Its lent, so hopefully we sell a few, guess we'll see. Sound delicious to me. Very versatile.

yes, quick and easy, friends enjoyed it, my hardest crtic (10yr old son) gave it 8 and of 10 which was good. May make more of the sauce next time an reduce it further. served it with boiled potatoes and runner beans and peas.

Love love love. 1st time I made it I used less lemon pepper because I wasn't sure if it would be too over powering, I was wrong. Use the 2 tbsp. I had left over grilled pork loin & used it on that and we loved it.

too sour...both hubby and I disliked the sauce, but the method of prepping the tenderloin was good.

It was great, but unfortunately my sauce instantly burned away to nothing - my pan was too hot. My husband liked it even without the sauce! Next time I will cool the pan down a bit before adding the sauce.
