Loved this! I made it tonight and there were no leftovers! The meat was so tender! My granddaddy used to make pork tenderloin for breakfast and I was looking for that same taste and this was extremely close!

very tastey and NO left overs. (i was sadly disappointed with just potatoes and green beans for lunch the next day). I also deglazed with a little white wine and added garlic.

Made this dish for dinner this evening and served it with saffron rice & green peas. It was great and had a wonderful tangy flavor. I switched out chopped white onion for the chives and added a spoonful of minced garlic. I would recommend doubling the sauce ingredients. I will definitely make this again.

This was incredibly easy and tastes pretty good but left me feeling like something is missing. It needs something to tone down the tanginess. I think next time I will throw some minced garlic when cooking the sauce and a splash of white wine

This is very good- But isn't anything sauteed in lots of butter. Great flavor but I feel like I need to go to the gym the next day- which is unusual for lean pork tenderloin. But it's worth it.

Very easy and tasty. Loved the sauce. Took out the pork doubled the sauce ingredients. We like sauce. Was told by the family to add to the rotation!
