chicka98 ,I found these to be a little dry and bland, but overall not terrible. I've made other recipes I like better. Even the kids didn't particularly care for them.11y
melissabenco ,The chicken stuck to the pan, the butter seemed to take off most of the coating and it was flavor less. My family Sid not like them and I had to make something else foe our dinner. Will not be making this again.11y
sonyan ,Before I made this recipe I read through the reviews. I decided to take the basic concept and make it my own. After cutting the chicken I put it in a bowl, poured the melted butter over the top and then added a dry barbeque rub and mixed with my hands. I then coated the chicken strips with crushed cornflakes and baked them as the recipe described. My 17 and 20 year old loved them. The chicken was very tasty but of course they still had to dip them into ranch dressing.12y
blkchinagurl ,Flavorless . Will use olive oil to dredge with and breadcrumbs . Should come out better. All the butter burnt on glass as well.12y
dawnleigh ,My family loved them. I used a seasoning called grub rub on the chicken that we use every time we cook chicken.12y
mrstwistedpiglet ,I made these two ways. First I tried using the original directions but that wasn't going to well for me... I melted the butter in the pan but when I put the chicken with the coating on it into the butter, the butter seamed to take it off. so I dredged all my chicken in the butter and then into the flour mixture. Baked as directed. My daughter loved it this way. I can still feel the floury texture so I'm not such a fan of it... although it did taste alright. The second way was dredging the chicken (minus the butter) into the flour mixture and with some oil in the bottom of a pan fried them a couple of minutes on each side. This is not the healthy way to do it but they came out with a crisp outside and moist inside. This was more to my liking.12y
stevespillane ,Not just for kids anymoreour Chicken Fingers will please everyone in the family!15y
papa_rick ,I made this dish for dinner tonight was very easy and very tasty. I also tried new twist, I cut the chicken into 1 in. squares and took a knife and made a pocket then inserted a small chunck of cheese into it before breading.16y
flowerchild615 ,It's easy and fast, good for a weekday meal. We had oven frie with it. Next time I will add some garlic to it/17y
daylightsun ,I made these again on the 8-3-06 and followed the instructions exactly, but I was not happy with how they turned out after being cooked in the oven. I will be pan frying them in batches from now on.18y
daylightsun ,A word of warning to others that might decide to leave them sitting in the flour in the fridge overnight, Dont Do It. I had to pan fry them but they still turned out great but am sure they will be even better the next time I make them properly.18y
