Butterscotch Pudding Preparation
Mix egg yolk and milk together well. In a saucepan, mix together dry ingredients until well blended. Slowly stir in milk/egg mixture taking care to not make lumps. Turn on low flame, add butter and continue to stir until mixture thickens. Pour into pudding cups. Chill or serve warm. Recipe by Mangia!
