Baked Pineapple Bread Pudding Preparation
For this recipe you will need a food processor , tear bread slices to fit into food processor chute , with processor running place bread into chute to form soft bread crumbs. Pour soft bread crumbs into greased 2 QT casserole dish.
Place Pineapple into your food processor , process for 20 seconds
Add Eggs, Half and Half , Vanilla , Melted Butter and Sugar , process until mixed.
Pour Pineapple mixture over soft bread crumbs , mix well , Top with Cherries , Bake at 350 for one hour or until golden brown .
I like this chilled although some like it served warm.
