This is my version of the famous Coney Island Sauce

Ingredients
| 2 tablespoonButter |
| 1 1/2 poundsGround beef |
| 2 tablespoonChili powder |
| 6 ounceTomato paste |
| 8 ounceTomato sauce |
| 12 ounceWater |
| 1 teaspoonGarlic powder |
| Salt & Pepper; to taste |
| 1 tablespoonMustard |
Keith's Coney Island Sauce Preparation
Do not brown the beef before using. Combine everything and simmer over low heat until thick. Serve over hot dogs in a bun then add mustard and chopped onion.
NOTE: Can be seperated and frozen for up to 1 year.
