Cricketbug75 , 1 years agoI normally blanch asparagus or saute with a little butter. This was new for me to roast it. I will make again, though I won't bake as long and will put in a covered dish. It's too easy for the tips to dry out. The flavor is great and it's simple.

nsardo94 , 1 years agoAdded 1 tablespoon of butter! And some sliced garlic and some onion powder to the butter and olive oil! I roasted them with a lid on to hold in all the aroma and deliciousness... Absolutely amazing, the grated parmesan really added that perfect bite it needed. Perfection!! Thanks(:
