Rich Hollandaise Sauce Preparation

If you love Eggs Benedict or asparagus, you'll love how easy it is to make a rich and creamy blender Hollandaise sauce.

On low speed of blender, mix egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Slowly add hot butter to blender mixture. Immediately server over asparagus spears or Eggs Benedict.

A little Worcestershire goes a long way. Add the correct amount, or less, to be sure it does not over power the sauce.

I made it as directed. Much to thin for my taste. Will try some of the suggestions others made to thicken. Very easy to make

There's nothing like fresh, homemade Hollandaise on Eggs Benedict. Serve it with champagne and orange juice (Mimosa's).

I add a little more lemon juice and a bit of corn starch to make it a bit thicker
