Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Pare a narrow strip of peel from the middle of each potato. In a large bowl mix the oil, garlic, and rosemary; add the potatoes and toss well. Transfer the potatoes to a shallow baking pan and roast until potatoes are tender when tested with the tip of a knife. Serve hot.
These can also be chilled and served with fried chicken or ham.

shazzi 1 year agoVery Yummy - boiled them for a few minutes before then tossed them in the drained pot with oil, garlic and rosemary before placing in oven dish and into the oven.

Kgranite79 2 years agoThese were super easy to make and were really tasty, I did add about 4 slices of butter after about 15 minutes of cooking they came out really soft in the middle yet a little crispy in the middle, will be a new favorite in our house

Latina101 2 years agoThis dish was absolutely DELICIOUS! The only change I made was adding salt and pepper to the mix to give the potatoes a little extra taste. I will boil them a bit before putting in the oven for less cooking time.

Billyroy7 3 years agoI placed some pieces of bacon over the potatoes( bacon makes everything taste better)and sprinkled some parmesan cheese over them in the last five minutes. Really good.
