| 8 ouncesdried linguine; broken in half, Uncooked |
| 1/4 cupLand O Lakes butter |
| 1 poundChicken stir fry meat |
| 3 tablespoonFresh Lemon Juice |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/4 teaspoonGround red pepper |
| 3/4 cupgreen onion; Sliced |
Peppered Lemon Chicken Pasta Preparation
Cook linguine according to package directions in 4 quart sauce pan. Drain; remove from pan. Keep warm.
Melt butter in same pan until sizzling; add chicken. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, until chicken is golden brown (6-8 minutes). Stir in lemon juice, salt and red pepper. Return cooked linguine to pan; toss to coat. Stir in green onions.
Serve with a salad and french bread.
Notes
This was so easy to make - everyone liked it - the red pepper and green onions gave it a kick!
