1/2 cupinstant milk; plus
1 Tbsinstant milk
1/2 envelopeunflavored gelatin; 1 1/2 teaspoons
1 1/2 lbsCheddar Cheese; grated

Homemade Velveeta Preparation

1. Line a 8x4x2.

2. " loaf pan with plastic.

3. In a blender, put 1/2 cup of the water, 3 tablespoons of the milk, 1/2teaspoon of the gelatin.

4. Whip until gelatin is desolved.

5. Quickly add 1/2 lb.

6. of the cheddar to the hot mixture.

7. Whip until blended.

8. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.

9. Repeat this twice, until all ingredients are used.

10. Cover the pan with more plastic wrap and chill overnight beforeunmolding.

11. Keep cold and slice as needed.
