A little too buttery for my taste, very rich! Make sure to have a lot of water handy. I couldn't really taste the cheese under the apple chicken gravy. Some alterations I made were adding a thin roux to thicken the sauce a bit. I also sliced extra apples and softened them and added them into the sauce.

Worked out well - also added some cranberries to the Brie and Apples - would make a nice Xmas lunch ! Tip - pin the breasts closed with cocktail sticks to hold them together .

I was a bit skeptical when I decided to try this recipe. Apples and cheese baked in chicken? It wheeled so good when I was making it and the recipe was very easy, with minimal clean up dishes! My fiance and I loved it. It's our new favorite dish for this fall.

followed recipe but cooked just for one. followed some hints around sauce and go nice and thick. even added tiny bit of cinamon which complemented the apple and sweetness. Will cook again soon for friends now.

It was ok. I was a little excited because the kids and I both love brie cheese. In this instance, it didn't work for us.

The chicken was cooked perfectly and stayed so very juicy. :) Next time I will def. reduce the broth by half to try and thicken the sauce.

It was OK, but be aware the brie does add a strong flavour that the kids might not like. I would suggest using camembert next time as it's a milder flavour.

Made this twice: great! After butterflying, I flattened the chicken breasts. Sautéed more thoroughly, stuffed in the brie and sautéed apples, and then cooked in 350 oven for 40 minutes. For the sauce, added ground cinnamon and brown sugar to spiced apple cider and chicken broth, and reduced by over half.

I am horrible at making gravy it always turns out too watery so I just use packet gravy and then add Apple juice or cider instead of water and it turns out great every time!

I made this tonight and my husband and I both loved it!! Thanks for all of the great tips! I butterflied the breasts, used toothpicks and added cornstarch to the sauce and it worked great. Would definitely make this again. YUM!!!

Just made this dish but following others' comments I played with it a little. I added dried tarragon inside the chicken & used Granny Smiths crisp green apples. I wrapped each breast in Parma Ham before pan-frying. Absolutely delicious & very easy to make

I liked it okay but my boyfriend hated it. He thought the combination tasted weird. You have to make sure you don't use too much brie cheese (like I did). For me, it was a flop.

This was a very good dish! We used chicken breast halves and pounded them thin, and rolled around the apples and brie. I used apple juice, water, cranberries and arrowroot for the sauce - Turned out very nicely! Thank you for posting

Tasted great. Added cinnamon n nutmeg to sauce, only made half and used toothpicks to hold everything in. Kids didn't care for it but great for adults !
