1 cupCool Whip

1/4 cupCrunchy peanut butter

1 pktChocolate pudding

3 ouncesGrape Nut cereal

Mix together ice cream, Cool Whip, peanut butter and pudding. Fold in Grape Nuts. Spread in 8x8 inch pan and freeze.
