BlueJayPie 2 weeks agoI've made this half a dozen times now. It's turned out absolutely perfect every single time.
BlueJayPie 6 months agoExcellent! Simple and delicious--came out flaky, perfectly done, not dry, and with just the right seasonings. Before the meal was over, my teenage son said, 'You should make this again.' It's so easy I'll teach HIM to make it!

Bozgirl 11 month agoWasn't crazy about the zest but was good after I removed that.
futuremrsdarling 1 year agoExcellently seasoned. The salmon was a bit dry, but I accredit that to being in a high altitude.

Sailvic1 1 year agoThis was just wonderful. I added less citrus rinds per another reviewer and also baked it on a bed of Rock Salt. The salmon was juicy and flavorful. Some of the fresh herbs I did not have so used dried. It was still great but I imagine would be more impressive with fresh.
andreaiacovetta 2 years agoGreat taste! We loved it!
Resare 2 years agoDelicious. I did add a coating to the top of a little olive oil, butter and some Dijon mustard.
Helensbwu 2 years agoPerfect amount of flavor, but still letting the fish shine. Adds freshness to the fish. It is extremely easy. Will make this often.
