foodtrucklove , 3 weeks agoThis recipe is also fire using gold pearl potatoes, sliced in half and shallots, thinly sliced. The smaller potato doesn't need to be boiled and crisps up better. I also sprinkle a little sea salt when I take them out of the oven.
kenziemay29 , 1 years agoI agree, they need a bit more seasoning too them. However it is a great basic roast potato recipe that you can modify the spices to your liking :)
