danaelyse ,Very good! I browned the potatoes with the garlic mixture then cooked it in the oven. I turned them about three times throughout the cooking process. Turned out crispy and delicious!12y
aiglesias ,good potatoes. the boil and roast works pretty well. I found them to need a little more flavor. next time I will mince the garlic, or put some parmesan cheese on top for more flavor. maybe crumble some Bacon in for some extra flavor.12y
