Bpeterson2 , 3 years agoVery tasty, potatoes were fully cooked thanks to the boiling step. Should have minced the garlic for a more consistent flavor throughout, but even just crushed provided a good compliment to the rosemary.

DanaElyse , 3 years agoVery good! I browned the potatoes with the garlic mixture then cooked it in the oven. I turned them about three times throughout the cooking process. Turned out crispy and delicious!
aiglesias , 3 years agogood potatoes. the boil and roast works pretty well. I found them to need a little more flavor. next time I will mince the garlic, or put some parmesan cheese on top for more flavor. maybe crumble some Bacon in for some extra flavor.
