Very tasty, potatoes were fully cooked thanks to the boiling step. Should have minced the garlic for a more consistent flavor throughout, but even just crushed provided a good compliment to the rosemary.

Very good! I browned the potatoes with the garlic mixture then cooked it in the oven. I turned them about three times throughout the cooking process. Turned out crispy and delicious!

good potatoes. the boil and roast works pretty well. I found them to need a little more flavor. next time I will mince the garlic, or put some parmesan cheese on top for more flavor. maybe crumble some Bacon in for some extra flavor.

Super easy and the flavor was just right. I used dried Rosemary and they still came out beautifully! A perfect side for grilled steak (especially when the juice runs into the potato!)

The tip for boiling is key- really speeds up the process. I love LOVE roast spuds, but disliked the time it took to cook.
This recipe provides almost perfect potatoes every time. Only more perfect is if someone else cooked them!
