An oven Pancake recipe from Germany
"I fix this in my cast iron skillet. I melt the butter in the skillet at 450 degrees. Turn it down to 350 and add chopped apples and then pour the egg mixture over that and sprinkle with a little cinnamin and bake for about 12 minutes. I put butter on top with powdered sugar." - tkh1957Yield: 4 Ready in 45 minutes

Oven Pancake Preparation
In a medium bowl, beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add milk, flour and salt. Mix well. Melt butter in 10 inch glass oven safe casserole dish. Pour batter into the pan of melted butter. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cut in fourths.
