A 60 second pizza!

"I used this idea of a tortilla as the pizza dough to make my own version of this quick idea. A perfect snack or light lunch for all ages. I brushed my tortilla w/ olive oil on both sides, sprinkled w/ italian seasoning and placed in oven on broil for a few mins until somewhat hard. I added leftover spaghetti sauce, extra sharp cheddar, fresh grated parmasan, and fresh chopped onions. It was soooo good for what it is, a snack. Thanks for sharing. Oh, yes, i placed back in oven on broil to melt my chheese. " - Bvanhoogten

I love this recipe. Its quick, cheap and easy which is why as a college student, I make them often for my friends. I just add any toppings they like and its awesome.

I loved it. Only thing I did different was use my toaster oven and baked the crust first for 2 minutes and then added the sauce and cheese and baked again for 4 minutes. It just added a crunch to the crust.

A quick, easy and very good snack, lunch or 'just because'. Just about any ingredients you enjoy on a pizza can be added to this. I used pizza sauce instead of the spaghetti sauce. Will definitely make this again.

Great idea, quick, student appeal and tasty. Added some green pepper and red onion to the cheese while grating. Made 8 all gone!
