timgraham1 ,I wish that I could tell you that I was able to eat these myself, but they were gone so quickly that I was unable to taste them. Nothing but good comments on the way that the chicken tasted, so I will be making these again soon.11y
katierkhaos ,I put them in a flour mixture (allpurpose flour, chicken seasoning, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder) and then egg, and into some bread crumbs. Added salt after about 25 minutes of cooking at 425. Ended up pretty fantastic.11y
