I wish that I could tell you that I was able to eat these myself, but they were gone so quickly that I was unable to taste them. Nothing but good comments on the way that the chicken tasted, so I will be making these again soon.
I put them in a flour mixture (allpurpose flour, chicken seasoning, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder) and then egg, and into some bread crumbs. Added salt after about 25 minutes of cooking at 425. Ended up pretty fantastic.
This recipe was bland. The crown flakes were tasteless; definitely needs more seasoning.

We love this!! If you don't have buttermilk, I thin out some mayo with milk instead. Yum!!
