I agree to adding some extra spices. I also ser the oven to 400 for 45 min. only because I was using dark. meat. It turned out really juicey and tender. Will def make again. thanks for this post.

I added egg instead of buttermilk. The cornflakes bowl you'll be using add your favorite seasonings in with the flakes for more flavor, I did and it was perfect!

Tastes like cardboard had to load up on BBQ sauce to make it edible, don't know how it's rated so good on here but won't be making this again

Read the reviews before you make this. Like everyone else, i used more seasoning like cajun seasoning and i used a broiler pan so it was crunchy on both sides and used tenders and cooked for a total of 30 mins. Very tender and juicy and crunchy. Delicious! Dipped in barbecue sauce.

Very yummy. Although I did alter some of the things in this recipe it was a good starting point.

Although the chicken was moist, the corn flakes were soggy and it lacked flavor. I don't know if I did something wrong, either way this will not be repeated in my home. :(

Was fairly bland I found. Needs some herbs and more spice. I'd probably add a bit more cayenne and mix and match some herbs to go with as well. Easy is good though, so I'll continue to tweak the recipe until it works for me.

Tasty! I added a little cayenne and honey for zing but a great dinner!

Does need more flavor but absolutely fabulous and so easy!

Lacking in flavor, cook time seemed inaccurate. I almost doubled the time at that temp.

This is a terrific recipe. The chicken came out very juicy. I added salt and pepper when it was done, and drizzled on some lemon juice . The cayenne did have a little kick, and I didn't feel more was needed. I might try some garlic powder as suggested before.

Ok recipe for technique but lacks depth of flavour. Addition of chilli pepper, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder was needed.

Very good but had to add some things for more flavor. Also had to cook longer than allowed time
