serandos ,I really enjoyed how easy it was to cook this. I am going to add a bit more spice for a bit more flavor next time, but if you are dealing with a picky eater, this is not an overbearing recipe. I also cooked mine for 25 mins. (undercooked chicken scares me, lol)14y
jeff3574 ,we make chicken alot but i allways use cracker crumbs need to try your recipe see how i do thanks jeff3574.14y
bklynmom ,This recipe needs some more seasoning! It's too bland for my family's taste. The NEXT TIME i make this i will add my own variety of spices to give it that extra kick. Good directions but the cook time was a bit longer (35mins).14y
keepin89 ,i made this 2day! i didnt have ant of the spices that wer on the list so i uses all the random spics i had! i used cumin oridano pepper chilli, didnt have butter milk dnt know wat it is used melted butter mixt it with milk! still turnd out stunning!14y
yummiyum ,i9 agrre that it needed more flavor .. i added garlic powder and onion powder a pinch of oregano....it gave it great flavor ...14y
jminchen ,Good recipe but I agree with the others that said it needs something to spice it up a bit. The chicken is very tender and juicy but also very plain tasting. I'll probably cook it again but will try to figure out something to add a bit more flavor to it.15y
lizzio ,Very easy to make I followed others comments about spices and and Some cajun spice to the flour to "kick it up a notch"15y
popaw ,I didn't have cornflakes so I used readymade breadcrumbs. Next time, I'll try it with cornflakes as I'm sure they're more flavourful. I added garlic powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, dried coriander leaves and more salt to the flour. Instead of buttermilk, I used cream. Subtly tasty and juicy. Ate it with a mushroom sauce.15y
avam ,This was delicious!!It's my new favorite fried chicken recipe. The chicken was very moist, and the coating was nice and crispy, and stayed that way even when I reheated leftovers in the oven for dinner the next night!I will probably be making this weekly, because my husband and I liked it so much, and we eat a lot of chicken dishes.I highly recommend this!!17y
The chicken was very moist and the corn flakes added a nice crunch, and it was quick and easy to prepare., but I found it lacking in flavour for my taste. All I could taste were chicken and corn flakes. If I were to make it again, I add a lot more cayenne pepper, and perhaps some other spices, and probably substitute something else for the corn flakes.

vodka0825 ,This recipe was incredibly good and easy to prepare. I will definitely be making this again soon.18y
crittermom17 ,This is a SURE keeper. Made this for dinner tonight and even my husband commented on how tender it was. So....that said a lot for this dish since he is a die-hard fried chicken fan. Will definitely make this again....and again.... Thanks for posting.18y
anniebananie ,I have made this recipe many times and it's one of my favorites. The buttermilk keeps the chicken tender and moist, and the corn flake crumbs add a nice crunch. All this and low fat too!! If you don't have buttermilk handy, you can make your own by adding a little lemon juice to milk and letting it stand for five minutes. Looks ugly, but serves the purpose. :) Anne18y
