Simple and quick version of the old fashioned candied yams.
"This recipe has become a tradition in my house. My entire family loves it, including my picky teenage sons. My brother-in-law called to see if I'm making it for Thanksgiving again! If it was remembered for an entire year, it has to be something special. It cooks well in the crockpot also, when your oven is occupied with a turkey. I'd give this one 10 stars!
