Assemble these snacks an hour or two before the party and refrigerate uncovered, ready to pop in the oven as the first guests arrive.

| 2 cupschicken; Cooked, and shredded or chopped |
| 2/3 cupPicanted sauce |
| 1/4 cupGreen onion; sliced |
| 3/4 teaspoonGround cumin |
| Vegetable oil |
| 32 Corn tortillas |
| 2 cupscheddar; Shredded or jack |
Chicken Flautas Preparation
Combine chicken, picante sauce, onion and cumin; mix well.
Heat about inch oil in small skillet until hot but not smoking.
Quickly fry each tortilla in oil to soften, about 2 seconds on each side.
Drain on paper towels. Spoon 1 tablespoon chicken mixture
and 1 tablespoon cheese down center or each tortilla. Roll tightly;
secure with wooden toothpick. Place seam side down on baking sheet.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 400f about 18 to 20 minutes or until crisp.
