14 ouncesSpaghetti Sauce
4 Chicken breasts
1/4 poundMushrooms; sliced
1 Green pepper; diced
1 teaspoonItalian seasoning
1/4 teaspoonCayenne pepper
1 tablespoonParmesan cheese
1 packagePasta

Italian Chicken Preparation

Pour spaghetti sauce into a large frying pan. Place chicken breasts in pan. Cover and bring to a gentle boil. Add mushrooms, green pepper, italian seasoning, and cayenne pepper. Cover and simmer until chicken is springy to touch. Cut Chicken into bite size pieces once cooked (the chicken should fall apart a little bit). Serve over pasta or rice with grated parmesan cheese.

I made my own basic tomato/spaghetti sauce to go in it and I left the chicken breast whole. I served it over angel hair pasta with the breast on top and sprinkled parsley on top. It was very attractive and good!
