Suggest a better descriptionCut the chicken breasts into a little larger than bitesized pieces and place in a oiled or buttered ovensafe dish.
While Soy beans drain, pour the chopped tomatoes over the chicken and when the soy beans are drained do the same with them.
Spread the sour cream over the chicken, tomato, soy bean and top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 - 375 F for about 45 mins or until chicken is tender and cheese has started to brown (I like mine to be almost crunchy)
It's easy and fast to make, which I need during the week when I don't have a lot of time
