Suggest a better descriptionLayer the potatoes in a ovensafe dish. Add garlic and broth (Make sure the broth covers the potatoes) and finish off with butter. Bake until potatoes are tender.
Serve with either chicken, pork or beef.
One of my all time favorite side dishes, despite having eaten it so much as a poor student without money.
