Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 17 11 1-inch baking sheet; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Add egg whites; beat on high speed 5 minutes. Fold in flour. Drop dough by tablespoons onto baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Another favorite childhood memory. My mom used to use these cookies in a special Danish birthdaycake (Lagkage).
