Ingredients

4 Chicken breasts boneless; sliced into medium pieces
1 medium Green pepper
4 cloves Garlic; minced
1/2 cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Ketchup

Preparation

Mince Garlic and mix with Soy sauce, Sesame Oil and Ketchup in a container. Seal. Shake the container vigorously until the mixture is blended. Heat Mixture in a wok and add sliced chicken breasts. Stir-fry on high for 2-3 minutes then add chopped green pepper. Continue to stir-fry at high temperatures until the chicken is done. This dish is best served over rice.

Notes

The Sauce used in this recipe can be used in other dishes as a stir-fry sauce or as a marinade. The sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 days

Too much soy sauce makes it too salty

I made this for dinner tonight and had every ingredient on hand plus I was able to use up other veggies (mushrooms and yellow pepper). Great dish!
