This is an easy and different treatment for a boneless, pork loin roast.
"Flavored to perfection, just had to adjust the portions to fit a 8lb pork loin. One minor thought after tasting, remove at 155 degrees and allow to cook inside under foil. The time allotted was too long and dried the pork inside."- keith_h_donnell

nofussnomuss12 1 year agoThe pork came out tender and juicy. I thought the flavor was a little too light so I think I will increase the spices next time. But very easy to do and it came out delicious!

JCC_Starguy 4 years agoThis was incredibly easy to make and tasted great! The prep was virtually effortless but the spices imparted just the right taste to the pork without being overpowering. The pepper gave it just the right bite.
