1 cupOnion; chopped
1/2 cupCelery; chopped
1/2 cupgreen pepper; chopped
1/2 cupturnip; chopped, peeled
1/3 cupcarrots; sliced
1 tblspoonsolive oil
3 cupschicken broth, reduced-sodium
1 16-oz cnStewed tomatoes; chopped
1 1/2 teaspoonThyme, dry
1 Bay leaf
1 cupGreen cabbage; shredded
1 cupGreen Beans; 1" pieces
1 1/2 cupsTurkey breast; cubed
1 tablespoonCider vinegar
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1/8 teaspoonPepper

Five Vegatable Soup Preparation

In a large saucepan saute'''' the onion,celery,green pepper,turnip and carrotsin oil for 7 minutes

Stir in broth and tomatoes,thyme and bay leaf . Bring to a boil, reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes

Stir in cabbage and beans; return to boil, reduce heat ; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in turkey; simmer five more minutes longer. Stir in vinegar, salt and pepper; heat thru. Discard bay leaf.
