| 1 cupBlueberries; frozen |
| 3 smallBananas; sliced |
| 1 cupVanilla Yogurt |
Vanilla Blueberry Banana Smoothie Preparation
Peel and slice bananas, place in tray and freeze. Place frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, vanilla yogurt, and the vanilla flavored soy milk into a blender. Blend until liquified.
Its pretty thick, depending on the power of your blender you may need to help it along and stir it a few times.
