2 cups Vanilla Flavored Soy Milk
1 cup Blueberries; frozen
3 small Bananas; sliced
1 cup Vanilla Yogurt

Preparation

Peel and slice bananas, place in tray and freeze. Place frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, vanilla yogurt, and the vanilla flavored soy milk into a blender. Blend until liquified.

Its pretty thick, depending on the power of your blender you may need to help it along and stir it a few times.
