| 1 cupAll-purpose flour |
| 1/4 cupApplesauce |
| 1 1/4 teaspoonBaking Powder |
| 2 Tbspmilk |
| 1/2 teaspoonBaking soda |
| 1 eachEgg |
Banana Bread Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour batter into a greased 9-x-5-x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and let cool on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf.
