Ready in 45 minutes
I discovered this quick and tasty recipe while working in a restaruant. After working very long hours the kitchen staff would whip this recipe up and serve it with warm tortilla chips and icy cold margaritas. It was a great way to bond with co-workers and put the long days work behind you.

Delmonico 3 years agoOk. I overdid the cilantro which is very powerful. Start small and slowly add to taste. Not bad quick and easy. Better the next day after flavors melded. Thanks for the basics.
ReneeM 5 years agoVery simple. Easy to embellish. I use canned tomatoes in the winter, and drain some of the juice.
princessfiona 7 years agoSo Quick, So easy! Add just a few jalapenos at first. Also brands very in spicyness.
