| 1 cupBlue cheese; crumbled |
| 1 cupSour cream |
| 1/4 poundCream cheese |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonLemon zest; grated |
| 1 tablespoonLemon juice; (fresh) |
| 2 clovesGarlic |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt |
Blue Cheese Dip Preparation
Allow cream cheese to warm to room temperature. Reserve 1 tablespoon of blue cheese. Mix remaining blue cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper, and garlic thouroughly. Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle remaining blue cheese on top and garnish with addition lemon zest. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour for the flavors to marry. Serve at room temperature. Makes 2 cups.
