1 cupButter
1 cupBrown sugar
1 cupSugar
2 largeEggs
1 teaspoonVanilla
1 teaspoonBaking soda
1/2 teaspoonSalt
2 cupsFlour
2 cupsQuick Oats
2 cupsRice Krispies
1 cupcoconut; shredded

Rice Krispie Cookies Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

Cream butter and sugars. Mix in eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt. Then add remaining dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place heaping teaspoons full on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until golden brown around edges.

    mmmmmm i wanted to just eat the whole bowl of mix it was so good. i baked it like brownies and i got these almost bread like bars. really good but i wanted them i little sweeter will add chocolate chips next time :)

    I've never been a big fan of oatmeal cookies and I do not like coconut, so when my brother in law made these, I was skeptical. But I tried them and they are AMAZING. It is now one of my favorite cookies... ever!

    These are fantastic. The Rice Krispies make them crunchy and the coconut makes them chewy! These will become one of my standby favorites.
