Buttery cookie that makes a nice presentation when topped with colored sprinkles.

"Great Christmas cookie, added 1/2tsp of almond flavoring turned out perfect.. When I finished pressing cookies I rolled the rest of the dough into 1/2 in balls and pressed in a divot and filled with fig preserves the beat cookie I have made.

My cheap cookie press broke after I make the dough so I added a bit more flour, rolled out and used cookie cutters. Great taste, rich and buttery, will make again.

Put dough in the refrigerator for an hour or so and cookies will hold their shape!

Taste great but don't keep their shape. :(

it didn't want to keep its shape out of the press, and it spread out and lost its shape in the oven, tasted good though and once I added a lot more flour I used cookie cutters and made them that way and they were ok like that.
