Chicken Primavera
Original recipe makes 1
| 2 tbsp.Cornstarch |
| 1 14-oz canSwanson Chicken Broth; (1 3/4 cups) |
| 1/4 tsp.garlic powder; OR 2 cloves garlic, minced |
| 2 cupsbroccoli flowerets |
| 2 mediumcarrots; sliced |
| 1/2 cupgreen; OR red pepper cut in 2" strips |
| 1 smallOnion; chopped |
| 9 ozChicken; boiled, baked or broiled |
| 4 cupshot cooked spaghetti |
| 1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese |
Chicken Primavera Preparation
MIX cornstarch and 1/4 cup broth.
MIX remaining broth, garlic, broccoli, carrots, pepper and onion in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Add chicken and heat through. Toss with spaghetti and cheese. Serves 4.
Notes
